To find your closest store, call 800-996-9960 or call 800-323-5461 to request a catalogue. Crate and Barrel Shop cards may be redeemed through Crate and Barrel stores, catalogues, website or CB2, and are redeemable for merchandise only. They have no expiration date. Shop cards must be registered by recipients in order to be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Cards may be registered online at crateandbarrel.com or by calling 877-477-4567. Purchases will be deducted from the card balance until the value reaches zero. Crate and Barrel Shop cards may not be applied to previous purchases or as payment towards Crate and Barrel credit card accounts. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
