Sean O’Toole joined GiftCertificates.com as President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. O’Toole served as Chief Operating Officer, Americas for Western Union from July 2005 to September 2006. Prior to that, Mr. O’Toole was employed by American Express from 2001 to 2005, most recently as General Manager North America, Travelers Cheques and Prepaid Services, primarily responsible for growing the industry-leading American Express gift card business. Mr. O’Toole has also served in management roles with Progressive Insurance and as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Mr. O’Toole received his M.P.P.M. from Yale University and his B.B.S. from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Vincenzo Stanco is the Chief Financial Officer at GiftCertificates.com. Mr. Stanco has over eighteen years of Corporate Development and Finance experience in various industries including payments, telecommunications, financial services, banking and reinsurance. Prior to joining GiftCertificates.com, Mr. Stanco served as VP of Business Development and Finance at First Data International, where he led expansion efforts into Asia, Italy and Spain. Mr. Stanco was VP of Strategic Alliances for Visa International where he structured joint ventures and managed channel development activities for the Latin America region. Mr. Stanco received his MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy and his BA from Boston College.

Guy Duncan is the Chief Information Officer at GiftCertificates.com. Mr. Duncan is a seasoned professional with years of experience in business development. Previously, Mr. Duncan has served as Vice President, New Business Development for Election Systems & Software, managing merger and acquisition strategies. In addition, Mr. Duncan’s professional experience includes three years as Vice President, Voter Registration Services and Systems, managing the P&L for enterprise software implemented throughout the United States and internationally for State and local government. While at Election Systems & Software Mr. Duncan was responsible for constructing one of the world’s first Internet voting platforms used in elections in the UK, Canada and piloted in the 2000 Internet Voting Elections in California. Mr. Duncan has held the position of Chief Technology Officer for web based technology company; AccuTech that produced data pipe technology for infoUSA which in return was used by Yahoo, Inktomi and Microsoft and helped to construct many Web 1.0 portals that are still active today.

Mike Nemer is the senior vice president and general manager of corporate business for GiftCertificates.com. In this role, Nemer is responsible for leading the strategic thinking and execution of GiftCertificates.com corporate strategy, managing internal and external sales efforts, developing go-to-market approaches for each business line and mobilizing organizational resources to achieve strategic aspirations.

Prior to joining GiftCertificates.com, Nemer spent 12 years at SITEL Corporation, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for their North American division. He was responsible for seven distinct business units, providing a full range of customer service, sales, technical support, transaction and processing support and collections services to multiple industries. He was also integral in executing SITEL’s global and offshore strategy. Nemer received his BSBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
